Thanks for reaching out and sorry for any delay on this. Can I ask what you are specifically asking? Obviously, you seem to have a pretty good sense of your strengths (work experience and ambition) and weaknesses (academic profile). Let me know where I can advise you and I will endeavor to do so. My guess is that the GMAT is going to prove to be too much of a hurdle this time around, especially because your GPA is not doing you any favors. There is no harm in applying, but I would be prepared to not only take the test again, but to apply again as well.
