1) 4 Years Active Duty USMC (Prior to Undergrad) - Supervised, trained, and evaluated a team of 100 Marines in the performance of daily operations. Currently Senior Auditor at an Aerospace Company - Manage projects with teams of up to 5 in conducting assurance audits at over 40 independently operated aerospace manufacturing companies ($4 billion annual revenue) 2) 760 (Q50/V42) 3) West Chester University of Pennsylvania, GPA 3.644. 4) Attended WCUPA so that I could work full time as a business manager for a struggling family business where I Revised strategies which lead to sustainability during the financial crisis for a network of failing family owned garden centers ($2 million annual revenue). Also was active Marine Corps Reservist during Undergrad - Led a team of 20 Marines in managing land and radio communications for a 150 Marine artillery battery 5) NA 6) HBS, Wharton, Tuck, Sloan 7) R1 2014-2015 8) Strategy Consulting
One more note, I currently sit on the BOD of a nationally recognized animal shelter and volunteer as an adoption counselor, volunteer trainer, and am a founding member of multiple volunteer and advocacy groups.

You have a strong and distinctive profile that makes you a viable and competitive candidate even for programs such as HBS. That said, for such highly competitive programs, even with your impressive record and background, you still must create a coherent and compelling “portrait” with your application that integrates these elements and incorporates your goals.
