Generally GMAT is better and your score is so good, when coupled with your profile, you should get attention from all three schools so long as your story is tight and casts a compelling vision for your post MBA career. Being female with your credentials is a big plus since b-schools are woefully short on female applicants. AS for scholarships, H/S/W all have money whether or not you are a US citizen, but many scholarships go out in first round. HAving said that, because of your desirable profile characteristics, you may find yourself being sought by more than one school, which is generally when fellowship monies start to show up. Make sure you tell all the schools you are undecided on where you will go--if they think you will choose them no matter what, they are less inclined to offer scholarship money. Let us know if we can help you pull your applications together. We have some great consultants who are graduates of your target schools and also served on their admissions committees in the past.
