Your GMAT score is slightly below Duke's average. Your score will be self-reported on your application, so admissions teams will only focus on your highest score. If you do believe you can improve your score by 30+ points, it may be worth taking the test again.
Your undergraduate record is fantastic.
You do have an appealing application, particularly because of the organizations you have started. Although you should address your transition from the corporate world to teaching, you can frame it in a way that will benefit your application.
Although your personal essays and recommendations are going to be a critical component of your application (and I have only seen a limited part of your candidacy), Duke Fuqua should take notice of your candidacy. If you would like, here is some school specific advice for Duke Fuqua:
