xmatrix,

Your profile looks pretty strong to me, with maybe a slight weakness on the extracurricular/community side. Two years of work experience is fine, especially if you have had atypical, high-impact success. Since your GMAT verbal percentile is above 80 an AWA of 4.5 should be OK.
