From a cursory look at your quals, I would say you are a good candidate for 2nd tier schools in the US (generally unranked below top thirty schools). You may even have a shot at top tier schools, since your GMAT is respectable and you obviously have international team experience. One problem is that your applicant pool is very deep, being Indian with a background in IT or engineering makes for some very stiff competition. Schools like to keep the student body diverse, so I would look at schools with a LOW percentage of international students and explore if this is due to fewer applicants, or fewer admits. If it's due to fewer applicants, you have potentially found a good target school. Depending on where you want to work, Asian schools could be a good choice, but if you hope to end up in the West, you should consider European or US b-school. Hope this helps.
