In your case, it really comes down to the GMAT re-take.
With NYU and USC, you'll need at least a 680 to be competitive. And assuming you get a score like that, it will come down to how well you execute the application.
With the other schools, you probably need around a 640 - and if you get a score like that you should be able to get in so long as you don't royally screw up your applications. With your current score, it'll be hard to say, as the schools ranked at that level (UCI, Fordham, Baruch) the GMAT is really the biggest determinant.
