Any opinions would be great.

1) Basic demographic info: 25, Male, US

2) Educational Background: Political Science/Sociology Major at Univ. of Wisconsin, 3.35 GPA ,720 GMAT

3) Work experience: 2 years, Corporate Recruiter at a major healthcare IT firm. 30 months at time of matriculation.

4) Extracurriculars: Currently volunteer as a sailing instructor during the summer. During undergrad, was the president of a 2300-member outdoor organization, commodore of a 1300-member sailing club. Was a manager on a campaign for a $100M funding referendum for a student union (it passed), though that was a few years ago.

5) Short/Long term goals: Want to start in non-profit mgmt, then move toward owning my own business.

6) Schools: Fuqua (applied), Sloan (applied), Columbia (working), Stern (working), Babson(working), Emory, Tepper, Olin, Notre Dame, U. of Wisconsin

Based on a gut feeling about your work experience, I think you're going to get dinged from Sloan, CBS and Stern. Duke = interview, but you're fighting uphill. Admits from the rest.

Hope I'm wrong and you get into one of the big ones!
