Well, to be honest, at first glance and based on the other information you provided, I would say that is too low for Wharton and Dartmouth. For BU it is acceptable, but it will be borderline at Duke.
Now this analysis is strictly based off of the limited information you provided. What takes any candidate from good to great (granted that they have an appropriate GMAT score and GPA, work experience) is the nature of the other leadership activities and goals. So I need a little more insight into what your actual leadership activities consist of at work and outside of the office, as well as your short and long-term goals.
If you can give me a little more information, I can help assess your prospects a little more definitively.
