Kellogg should definitely be on your list, which you know.
It really depends on your GMAT at this point. With your current score, schools like Kellogg, Tuck, Sloan, Booth and Columbia are going to be a stretch. With a 700+ (and 720+ ideally), you'll be in the mix. Not quite a sweet spot, but not a huge stretch either. In other words, enough that they're worth focusing on.
Schools like Yale, Duke, Michigan, Darden, UCLA and Haas may also be schools you should look at as sweet spots (where you have a reasonable shot; 690 GMAT puts you on the margins of it being "reasonable" but still within reach) -- schools with a strong general management, decent social enterprise tracks, and all are on the consulting firms' recruiting radar.
