Hi,

I'm an Indian Male with an Manufacturing background with almost 2 yrs of experience.
I am currently working for a Billion dollar company and the best in its segment.
Work experience at the company is mainly related to mechanical field to be more specific automation.
No promotions :(.
Graduated from one of India's top colleges with a cgpa of 8 (engineering)

GMAT score 680 ----v31 q 50

Social Service: Part of company initiative for the society and part time teaching in local schools.

As of now I'm confused on whether to retake the test .

The universities i am targeting are

1 manchester univ.
2 said business school
3 judge
4 Iese
5 warwick

What are my chances for 2012 admission.?

Should i retake.??I am sure that ill be able to get a better score.

Hi vasureddy18,

Your GMAT score is near the averages of the schools you are applying to (average of Said for example was 685). If you feel you can improve your score by more than 50 points, it may be worth taking again.

However, you should focus your application on how to express your leadership skills, as this will be a key component of your application. Here is a case study of someone with limited leadership experience but who was accepted into both Harvard and the Stanford GSB; it should provide some insight:
