Unfortunately there isn't a set answer to what GMAT score and work experience you will need. Business schools will look at your undergraduate academic record, GMAT score, work experience, letters of recommendation, and personal essays.
For your GMAT score, top business schools like to see a score of at least 700. They also want to see at least 2 years of experience.
