There's not really enough info to go on here, but if forced to comment, I would say you do indeed posess the raw goods for a solid b-school application foundation. GPA is a little low, but GMAT helps. If you went to a good undergrad school, that would make a difference as well. The key elements of a winning application are leadership, innovation, teamwork and maturity. I see some core evidence of maturity and teamwork, so you need to make sure you fully develop how you have been a leader and how you have been innovative and creative in your career. It's all in how you cast your story and vision. Plus I hope you are planning to apply to more than two schools. Two seems risky especially in the increasingly competitive b-school world. I'd try to carve out time to make at least 4-5 applications.
