Dear Rishabh,
1. How my profile looks for an MBA from the top 10-20 B-schools?
Pretty good. You have a lovely GMAT, and many things in your profile which indicate that this is a "top of class type person"
2. What, in your opinion, is my strengths and weakness reflected in my profile?
Strengths: GMAT, ECs, overall profile of success
Weaknesses: Goals, Only 2 years work experience (although if you apply next season it's perfect), Indian/Tech background
3. Please mention what should I do to make my case stronger for final call.
It's had for me to tell as far as your work experience goes, because I don't yet know it in detail, but I would say 1. leadership at work and 2. something unique
4. Just go for it! You have your chances. If you can show them a unique, passionate, hungry you, with the capacity to succeed, it IS possible!

Good luck to you on this New Year.

I dont have full time experience yet. The experience that I have is part time. In terms of post-graduation work ex its zero. So how will that affect my chances?
Thanks for your response!

In that case you can try HBS 2+2, Yale Silver scholars, or MiM programs (mostly in Europe). Regular MBA programs are designed for people with work experience, and they wouldn't be the right programs for you now. Either that, or wait two years :)
