1) WE: worked in U.S. based Real Estate PE for 6 month(Seoul Office) -> worked in Commercial Bank in Corporate Finance Dept. for 9 month -> worked in local PE for 2 yrs (AUM around USD 2B)
2) 710 (Q:50, V: 35, AWA:4.0)
3) College: one of the top colleges in South Korea, majored in Economics, 3.88/4.00
4) EC: Founded Finance Club in College(around 60~70 members now), President in School Orchestra club(+ 1st Cellist)
5) Other Info: CFA lvl. 3 candidate
6) Target school: Wharton/ Harvard/ MIT/ Chicago/ Columbia/ NYU Stern (Finance -oriented school)
7) Post career goal: working in global Private Equity

Given that circumstances, should I retake the GMAT? What are my chances for these Top-B schools? What would be my potential weakness?

Thanks in advance!

p.s - I've studied GMAT for almost 4 month now, but I'm not that sure whether I could improve the score although I put more time in studying GMAT.

You have a strong profile. If you can boost the verbal GMAT score, it would help since these programs are going to be worried about your communication skills on campus and during recruiting. The only challenge I foresee in your applications is differentiating yourself from the other finance guys. To do that, you're going to have to demonstrate your insight on the deals you've been involved in, what you have contributed to them, and what unique experience you will be able to share with the class as a result.
