Indian Male - 24 years

College Percentage 66% from non IIT/NIT
(with mitigating factors death of parent , worked as a free lance logo designer)

GMAT : 720

WE1 : Accenture 1.5 years Java , Websphere developer
Clients : Walgreens , Aegon

WE2 : BIG 4 Management Consulting 1 year
in IT systems . clients Sony , Nokia etc

EC : Part of delhi squash team , represented delhi at national squash tournaments .

Leadership : Started website that sells logo , t-shirt , business card designs - 4 years .
10 others design and sell on the site .

Post mba : would continue in mgmt consulting but want to try for MBB

Target schools , Kellogg, NYU , yale , columbia , duke , tepper , insead

Your profile is coming across as average. The only differentiating element I see is the national squash tournament. Is that current? I suggest using that in your essays if it is recent. For work topics, you're going to need to identify projects and situations in which you did not simply contribute to IT solutions but rather helped make and guide strategic decisions for your clients and your firm.
