What kinds of jobs are you looking for after b-school? Where do you hope to live (country, region, city, etc) after b-school? That will dictate what schools you should apply to.

I want to work in American’s bank ( in credit risks or fraud prevention teams) for several years after finishing business school.
The region is not important because I want to come back to Ukraine after working for several years in the United States.

First, you really should retake your GMAT. With your current score, you'll have a tough time getting into top 30 schools. Shoot for at least a 680, and ideally a 700+ to be safe. With a 680+ and your interest in finance, you may want to look at Georgetown and Rochester as your target schools. NYU, Cornell and Yale will be stretches - but schools that have strong finance recruiting.
