Hi,

Can you please evaluate my profile

GMAT 1 - 660 (Q-47, V-34)
GMAT 2 - 670 (Q-48, V-35)

Total Work Exp - 11 Years in IT Services Industry
Total Internation Exp - 6 Years
Currently Leading Big Team of 50+
Educational Background: Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Comm with 76%
Age: 33 Years, Ethnicity: Indian Male

Please suggest which schools should I target. Should I attempt GMAT once more?

Your experience and maturity will have most 2-year, full-time programs convinced that you won't fit well into the class of students who have about 4 years of experience. You should have better odds applying to executive programs, where your peers will share similar experiences to your own. This can range from the Sloan Fellows/Masters programs at MIT, Stanford, and LBS to executive education or EMBA programs at all of the top schools.
