You are applying appropriately given your goals and qualifications and are competitive at your target schools. Good job.
I see no harm in trying to apply to a Wharton or Kellogg. They would be stretch programs, but nothing you say below leads me to believe you can't get in, and nothing convinces me that you are highly competitive at these programs. If the possibility of attending one of those schools outweighs the possible sting of rejection and you're willing to do the application work, go for it.
