Stretch: INSEAD, Booth, Tuck, Sloan, Haas -- cut this down to 2
Sweet spot: Duke; add 2-3 (Ross, Darden, Cornell, Yale, NYU, UCLA).
Safety: ISB, IIM

Right now you're targeting too many stretch schools (and no, there's nothing you can do to change a stretch into a sweet spot, unless you have a time machine - Indian in an IT function makes it hard for you to get into top 8 schools).
