I'm afraid your GPA and GMAT are too low for the top 50 programs. I highly recommend retaking the GMAT to boost your Quant a bit and your Verbal a lot if you can. I also recommend enrolling in some business or math courses to create an alternate transcript with a higher GPA. If you are willing to go to unranked programs with strong recruiting in General Management (though it is unclear whether you will find placement easily from these institutions without a US Green Card), then you may wish to consider UC Riverside, Nyenrode (in Netherlands), Oregon State, or Clarkson. If you are able to boost your academic stats then Sauder (in Canada), E.M. Lyon (in France), or Erasmus might be a better fit.
