I’d love your input on my odds of getting in to a top b-school and any recommendations for schools I should target. Are certain schools less sensitive to a low gpa?

Demographic: Underrepresented US minority, female
First in family to earn 4-year degree

GMAT: 700+ (expected)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in biology from Ivy League university with 2.99 GPA
GPA has slightly upward trend, but I wasn’t dedicated to my academics during college. I grew up as a Jehovah’s Witness, and I viewed college as 4 years to “be normal,” to experience as much as I could, and to ultimately figure out what direction my life would take.
I recently took one class to build an alternative transcript (earned 4.0)

Extracurricular activities: Maintained solid internships throughout college to help pay for tuition, and held a few small leadership roles. Gained proficiency in a foreign language and studied abroad. Since college, I have held a “do-gooder” volunteer position that creates a good story with my personality and career goals. Before applying to b-school, I think I can add a small leadership position to my volunteer experience.

Work experience: (will be 48 months at matriculation)
Currently working for a company at the intersection of education and business. The company doesn’t have a well-known name, but getting my position is very competitive. Since college graduation, have only had one job, and I plan to stay at this company until applying to b-school. I’ll have very solid recs.

Post MBA: Continue to work at the intersection of education and business. The people in my company who have the jobs I want all have MBAs. I’d like to be a leader within an innovative/disruptive education organization.

I recognize that my low GPA represents a major weakness in my application. The following represent my target schools, but I am very open to additional input. I’m not planning to apply until next year.
1. Stanford
2. HBS
3. Dartmouth Tuck
4. Duke Fuqua
5. Cornell Johnson
6. Virginia Darden
7. Georgetown

First of all, I wouldn't want to venture to guess where you might get in without first seeing your GMAT, because it really is sooo important, especially for your candidacy, given that your GPA is not all that hot. But if you can get more than a 700 than I have faith in you!

Since you are from an underrepresented minority, then I suggest also you look into applying through the Consortium:

But overall things look good. Come back when you have that GMAT score and we can give you a more precise evaluation r.e. schools.
