I like what I see here here good sir. Super GMAT, very nice government consulting work, leadership in the founding of your fraternity. Basically everything is in place as it should be, and you have no glaring weaknesses, which is rare... Cherish it dude.
Your school list should bear fruit to you with a good application, even though you have some of the most competitive schools on the list. As for HKS, it's a good question. And yes, it does make things harder, because you need to get into two programs. But at the same time, you do have a profile which makes me believe you could make a convincing case for it. And if it fits for you, I think you should go for it. That's a very very impressive degree to come away with (or degrees I should say), and your network should be good for a lifetime if you make it in.
