Hi Vishnu,
I'd say a top 5 program is going to be tough, but that a top 20 is possible. You have a very strong academic record and GMAT score (I agree that you should not spend time retaking the GMAT for the AWA). Unfortunately, your professional experience is very technical, which means that you fall into the overrepresented category of "Indian Male Engineer." I recognize that you've risen to leadership/management role within the technical sphere at Infosys, but I think think it makes it a little tougher. Definitely focus on your high level client interactions, team management, and other leadership roles (versus your technical role).
Furthermore, your community activities are limited/ad-hoc, and I don't see anything in the way of extracurricular activities.
I think you would be a strong candidate for part time programs, especially given that you have 8 years experience under your belt. Have you considered part time programs? If there's a possibility of getting a transfer with Infosys, perhaps you could relocate and apply to part time programs such as UCLA and UC Berkeley. If you're only interested in full time programs, I think you can definitely try for top 20 schools, but I'd strongly advise that you add some safer schools to your list.
As for scholarships, that is difficult to answer. Many programs have merit scholarships, but you'll have to research each program's scholarship programs to see if you'd qualify or be competitive.
Good luck,
Mili
