I would appreciate an evaluation in helping me determine the B-schools I should be targeting.
Ethinicity : Male Indian 24
Occupation : Software Engineer with 3 years(in November 2012) of experience in a Leading Indian Manufacturing Firm.Responsible for change management and implementation of SAP Practices for our Independent Company. Have initiated many new concepts to improve process awareness related to SAP. Also, am one of the youngest faculty to conduct training sessions related to SAP module. Was responsible for developing Supplier Collaboration Portal, which received award for Best Enterprise Portal in Cross Platform implementation category at a cross-india competition.
Education: Bachelors in Engineering from India with 70%.
Extra Curricular: Nothing exceptional.
Regular participation at college level competitions.
Runner-Up at Company level- Young Leader Development Competition.
Working with NGO's for last 6 months.
GMAT: Due in November,expected score of 700+.
Aim is to do MBA in Finance or Operations.

I know some of the B-schools could be out of reach for the profile but I am sure of a good score and good reco. from my employers as well as good essays would help with the same.
Also,if you could recommend what other B-schools I should target,that would be helpful.
