1) Brief description of your full-time work experience.

Currently work in Health & Benefits consulting, with a focus on delivering innovative clinical solutions to improve the access to care and health of Fortune 500 companies' employees.

2) Your GMAT.

720 - (Quant 48, Verbal 40)

3) College info: The name of the college, your GPA or grade average, your major, year of graduation. For any graduate degrees, please provide the same info. If you grades are low, please indicate if there were extenuating circumstances.

3.38 GPA in Economics: Business and Political Science minors

4) Significant college and post-college extra-curricular activities or community service, especially leadership experience.

Youth mentor of young men ages 12-18
Mentor 3-5 students from undergraduate university

5) Important certifications like CFA, CPA, FSA, or CA.

6) Your target programs.

Harvard, Kellogg

7) Your post-MBA goal.

Work as an operator of a high-growth health IT company

You have a chance at both programs, but they are stretch programs for you unless you can show a very high level of achievement both in the mentoring program and on the job. I also suggest you consider applying to 2-4 from Haas, Duke, Tuck, CMU Tepper, and Cornell.
