I assume you meant 4 years of WE, not 4 months. Making your WE impressive-sounding is up to you...you have the number of years to get in, so really try to draw out the experiences that are attractive to B-schools, who are generally looking for leadership, innovation, maturity and teamwork skills, all of which you seem to posess. You might add Duke to your list since you seem to be looking for a great GM MBA and also an energy industry track. UT Austin also good. Tuck doesn't seem like a good fit based on what I see, since they prefer ivey league UG and many go on to work in NYC after grad. It's all in how you write everything up into a coherent, compelling, passionate vision that demonstrates a track record of intentional, progressively responsible and achievement oriented career thus far, one that has set the stage for act two, post MBA.
