With your work experience, use your full resume to show very specific accomplishments in these roles. What leadership roles have you taken? What team interactions have you successfully built? Business schools want to know how you function in the business world, with other professionals, not just the technicals of your position. You don't need to focus on the failure of your previous online portal - put the focus on any positive outcomes that you derived from the experience or accomplished while you were there.
Good job with the leadership section. Don't spend too much room in your resume on this, but use enough description to show your capabilities.
Your essay are where you can show off your future plans in more detail. What kind of business do you want to operate in India? Why is it important to you to focus on your home country, an emerging market? There's a lot of opportunity here to differentiate yourself by showing your vision and describing what qualities you find important to reach your goals.
You have great school here. They're competitive, and many times the decision comes down to how cohesive your application package is. With a strong GMAT, well written and specific essays, and a clear picture of how you want to grow through the business school program to use your skills for your future plans, that gives admissions a solid picture of you as a candidate. Make sure that you really tap into the specifics of each program and don't send a 'generic' essay to each.
We'd love to talk more about your profile. Let us know what you think!
