Hello,
Very interesting background: Engineer --> financial analyst --> content acquisition analyst! Well it's great that you've moved up in your company so quickly. I would make sure your career narrative is well crafted - you have two very divergent goals and whichever one you choose to write about, you'll want to be sure it ties logically to your past experiences.
As for academics - your GMAT is strong, but your GPA, as you know, is low. It's possible to overcome it though - I'd suggest taking supplemental courses and pointing to your CFA, GMAT, etc. in an optional statement. Keep it short and sweet and accept responsibility the way you did below.
Seems like you are quite active outside of work, so that is great. Play this up.
As for schools - great choices overall. Columbia and Tuck are going to be tough, but the rest seem like good targets. Given your GPA, you might want to add one safer program to the list... perhaps a state school just in case. Given your interest in telecom/tech, maybe you want to add a west coast program or two to the list? Berkeley, UCLA?
Hope this is helpful.
Good luck!
