My profile in short
Male , Indian, 31 yrs
GMAT : Planning to write in April (expecting 600 - 650)
UG : Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from one of the Top University in India , 62%
Work experience:10 + in IT, US exp - 6 yrs, India exp - 4+
- Worked as QA Lead , QA Manager

Goal : After MBA, plan to work in Management/Strategy Consulting.

What are my chances for Top 15 EMBA programs.

Rams,

If you want top 15 EMBA programs and apply to those programs that require the GMAT, you need that 650. 600 could be a serious weakness. Also realize that the EMBA is usually a vehicle for career enhancement more than career change. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it's much less common. Also, and this is changing to your benefit over time, some schools restrict EMBA access to career services. So make sure you check that out for each school that you apply to.
