Work Experience - 10 years of IT experience in leading IT company (past 6 years in US), current designation Project manager. Past one year extensively involved in consulting work in IT.

BE from leading engg college in India with 3.5 GPA

Extra curricular activities - Involved in many clubs in college, PADI certified Scuba diver,

GMAT Score 710

Looking for Part Time MBA. Would I be able to make it to Haas, Kellogg, Booth, Stern, tepper? Which all Part Time MBA programs should I consider?

You have a competitive profile for these PT programs. I can't recommend other programs without knowing why you want an MBA. Are you planning to continue at your current employer? If not, make sure any PT program gives you access to the career center and ask if there are any restrictions on that access.
