There are many great programs to apply to since you pretty much have no geographic preferences.
As for your candidacy, it is strong but being employed in a family business is a challenging situation and needs to be carefully presented. Also, you are in a competitive demographic so competition at any competitive program is going to be high. I also hope that you score above a 720 on your GMAT -- as anything below this level will make you less competitive of a candidate.
I recommend that you consider the following schools:
North America: Ross, UNC, Tepper, Rice, Notre Dame, Emory, Toronto, Queens,
Europe: IE, IESE, Manchester, Rotterdam,
Asia: Melbourne, HKUST -- and of course IBS and the more competitive ISM's
