Hi!, I would appreciate your help evaluating my profile!

Background info: Indian, 26y M.

1) Brief description of your full-time work experience. What do you do?
5 years in Civil construction & Management
Jun 2008 - Dec 2009 - Worked in Dubai With UK based construction company as a Engineer
Jan 2010 - Aug 2011 - Worked in India as Senior Engineer with DLF ( Topmost Developer in India)
Aug 2011 - Present - Working in CBRE ( Fortune 500 Company) as Project Manager

Received Awards from CBRE three times in a row for best employee

2) Your GMAT.
1st attempt :580 (48,27)
2nd Attempt : 680 (49, 32)
Taking it again in 1 month (want to get at least 730). Please tell me if this is a must considering my target programs.

3) College info:
10th Standard , CBSE board ( 78.8%)
12th Standard CBSE board ( 70%)
BE in Civil from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, India ( 63%)



4) Significant college and post-college extra-curricular activities or community service, especially leadership experience.
College:

Discipline Head for college cultural fest
Chief Commentator of College
President of a non profit student Organisation in College
Vice Chairperson for ISTE Civil Chapter
Member of executive body of Students Technical Fest
Conducted several events in cultural and technical festivals in college

5) Important certifications like CFA, CPA, FSA, or CA.
None

6) Your target programs.
Mayes Business School, NUS, Queens College, ESCP(Please tell me if this is realistic).

7) When you plan to apply? Please specify round and application cycle, for example R1 2013-14 or R3 2012-13.

8) Your post-MBA goal.

I am not familiar with ESCP and can't comment on that program.

I don't think a higher GMAT is mandatory for your other target programs. Obviously it won't hurt to have, but it will take time and effort to raise it. You may also want to consider Purdue and Notre Dame.
