Hey there!
First of all, don't worry too much dude! You have a very nice profile there, with great scores and great grades, and that is a great start (that's a lot of greats for one phrase). Yes, you may not come from a typical feeder, but coming from Big Pharma is very good as well (it's just that less people go to an MBA from Pharma, because there are many other options). When you apply, you apply with your NATIONALITY and not your Origins, so being an Indian in your case is no disadvantage at all.
The only slight weakness that I can see is your volunteer work, which seems a bit thin (and/or standard), but no big deal - you have SOME and this is the most important. Probably the most important thing for you will be the perception of how well you have succeed at your firm. I didn't get an entirely clear picture here, I think Top 10 schools make total sense, plus adding one or two from Top 20 (which you like) to balance things out. And that is pretty much your school list, so I would say you should go for it!
Your first goal is FAR more logical than your second goal (finance) which makes little sense, so go with that. ACtually I would even recommend that you tweak your first goal to gain more out of your past experience and aim for "Management Consulting in Healthcare" which is more precise and logical given your experience.
Write fantastic essays and you should have a shot!
Best,
JF
