Your work experience will be viewed as unique within your applicant pool, which when coupled with your GMAT, should impress the schools you are targeting. Still, it will take a persuasively written story and one which clearly articulates your post MBA vision and how it connects with your career thus far (in other words, how you will leverage your unique experience to achieve your post MBA vision). If you feel you may need help pulling this together, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
