GMAT - 730 (IR8, Q51, V38)
Exp - 11 Months (good performance so far; received two recognition awards- one for individual performance and other for team performance); no international exposure
Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (New Delhi, India) with 74.0%
Extra Curricular - Started a non-profit venture in college; started a professional society in college (more like a small consulting for college to make campus more greener and cleaner)
Academics - Class X - 95%; Class XII - 84.8%; won two national level certificates, one for class X and other for Class 12

With only one year of work experience, I am afraid you are setting yourself up for potential rejection from many of the top schools, all of which are looking for at least 3 years of post collegiate job experience before matriculation in their programs. If I were you, I'd file away that great GMAT score (it's good for 5 years) and log another couple of years of diligent work experience, where you seek out leadership opportunities, challenges, and even some of that elusive international experience. In doing so, you will be much better positioned for success with the admissions committees in top schools.
