The better place to do the MS in logistics would be where you plan to drop anchor when you are done. So if you want to work in the US, you should consider school here, and if you want to work in Europe, you would be better off going to school there. Both will provide you the education you seek, but the network and exposure to business will be far more valuable if it's in the same region. Supply Chain MGT is a hot area, and fortunately these programs do not require the same amount of work experience as an MBA, so you should have a shot at your target programs with a carefully worded application, which lays out a solid case for why now is the right time for the degree and how your past experience has laid the proper foundation for success not only in school, but also in your post graduate career.
