You have a good profile for MGT. consulting for both schools and recruiters. If you have HB1 visa it will help you be more attractive since schools know it will be easier to find you a job at the end. Your 50 quant score and engineering background should more than make up for your less than stellar academic performance, which is generally considered the most flexible area of the profile from an adcom point of view. THe key of course will be in the packaging of your story and background into a narrative which is both compelling and sensible at the same time. Your applicant pool is vast and standing out is not easy. Tuck may be a reach because of the ivy league stigma and pedigree they tend to look for, but fewer international applicants find that schools since it's off the beaten path a bit, so who knows? You might consider UNC as a fall back or Georgetown, both of which are good schools for consulting and are very international student friendly.
