Thanks for posting. If the GRE equivalent is close to 640 on the GMAT, you're not too far off from the average at Ivey, but of course the higher the better of course, and I've seen a lot of improvement from that level with some good prep or a tutor, so that's your call but if not TOO tough to re-take I would consider it.
What stands out from your profile so far to me is the experience with the Innovation in Healthcare course with Harvard, that is definitely interesting. Your challenge will be really convincing the adcomm that the MBA is the right next step for you. I'm not saying it's NOT, but that is your most important step, in my view, is making that case and explaining your rationale. You have very limited work experience which is also a drawback as schools like to fill their classes with individuals with lots of diverse work experiences. The healthcare/science background COULD be a small plus to bring different perspectives into the classroom, but again you have to convince them that the MBA is the best next step vs going to the workforce post PhD.
