You’ve got a strong profile in many ways for your target programs, but I worry that the GRE is a little low for the most competitive – for which it should be closer to the mid 320’s ideally. The adcoms will understand that the seemingly low GPA is a product of a particularly rigorous grading system.
I’d consider HBS and to a slightly less degree Wharton, MIT, Columbia and Tuck very high reasonable reaches
– I suggest selecting 2-3 of them for reaches, and focusing the bulk of applications on the next tier, i.e., Ross and Fuqua, which are on the border of reasonable reach and on-par.
Also, make a thoughtful and clear case for your goals
– discuss why you want to do it and show that you’re making an informed decision to pursue that goal. And of course, make the most of your exceptional leadership experience, and show how you might apply it in a different (business/industry) context.
