The most consistent thread in you profile seems to be food and restaurants! (Since I love both, it’s hard to be objective!)

Well, you’re right about the challenge of being in an over-represented group that also has high GMAT and often GPA too. For a general range, I’d say that the lower end of top-20 level programs would be reasonable reaches.

Another challenge I see to your profile is that your career is kind of all over the place: risk consulting, entrepreneurship, hedge fund; this is then followed by the ST goal of strategy consulting OR VC (more diluted focus). You will face the burden in the application of thoughtfully creating a cohesive story out of these wide-ranging experiences – while also showing professional growth and advancement. Breadth must be accompanied by increased responsibility and impact to be competitive at top programs.

Your extracurriculars look strong, and hopefully you can make the whole story cohere through the interest in food, which ties together your past career, non-work life, and LT goals.

Right now, 4 US schools I’d recommend looking closely at are Cornell Johnson and UNC Kenan-Flagler (reasonable reaches – and maybe add Darden to this list), and for on-pars Boston University and Univ. of Maryland Smith.
