You can apply to ISB through the YLP option (in your last sem. at college)
If that does not work out, I would encourage you to work a couple of years before you get into an MBA. We highly value the importance of work experience, even in traditional Indian MBAs. A case in point it that most of the reputed MBA programs are moving towards taking in student who have some work experience atleast.
Even ISB's YLP requires you to have worked for two years before you can start studying.
