Work on your English as much as possible at that is the clear issue on your gmat. And what was your AWA score? Consider a private gmat tutor as well to focus on the verbal. With your current profile, you are an unlikely acceptance at the top 25.

Completely agree with the above posters - with your undergraduate making things worse, you really need to retake that GMAT!
