Hello Jon,

Thanks for your brisk and prompt reply!!!

I will retake my GRE soon. Please suggest that with this profile and score, what are the best option I have?
Moreover, I am not confident that how much I can boost my score in one month lets say it will up by 10 points, then which are the schools that I can compete for?

Thanks & Regards,
Prateek

Prateek,
You are welcome!
Well, rather than conjecture about where you might go with a hypothetical score, I think it's more useful for for me to evaluate and strategize with you, with a REAL score..

In all likelihood though, if you are going to take your GRE again in one month, you have two choices:
1. Wait for next year.
2. Apply to lower ranked schools.

Because you will need that time and space to work on your GRE or GMAT. Now I know you may not WANT to wait, but it's probably the wisest thing.

I'd also like to share some thoughts with you about retaking the GMAT (which essentially will apply for retaking the GRE, although the tests are a bit different): https://bit.ly/B613Mgc

Hope all this helps,
And I wish you the best of luck,
Jon
