Hello,
It’s way too early to speculate on your qualification for a strong operations MBA four years hence.
What I can say is that your position at Amazon is a positive first step. To
be competitive, you must advance to business-scope roles – overall your performance should exceed expectations and the typical path of peers. If this isn’t a natural progression at Amazon, try to find other ways to make it happen, such as taking relevant courses and/or consulting with HR or a mentor on what you need to do to advance to a role closer to ops mgt.
Also, I suggest some steps to counter the low GPA, especially since
you have time (a resource to take advantage of!). To demonstrate academic strength, take 2-3 courses in relevant topics at a local community college, university, or reputable online program, and earn A’s. Also, your GMAT is solid, but to further mitigate the low GPA for competitive MBA programs, if possible retake the GMAT and score higher – a strong/high score as opposed to a good/solid score will boost your chances.
