Hey dude,
Good to hear from you!
So overall, the basics are there for you to take a shot at H/S/W (and other top 10 schools as well). I mean you have the GMAT, the degrees, the employers.
But to make it in, you also need the narrative. At H/S/W there are a LOT of amazing candidates which high profile resumes that don't make it in. So it has to be more than: here look at my degrees and GMAT: What have you done at work? What do you want to do? Why these schools? what do you hope to gain?
Answering all of these (first to yourself and then in the essays) will be the most vital part of your application, and the difference between an H/S/W admit and a Top 10 admit,
I hope this helps!
Best,
JF
