Hi Paul,

Here is the factsheet:

25 year old, Eastern European female

Education
Graduated with 3.9 GPA in engineering from the most prestigious university in the country
Exchange program with top 50 American university - 4.0 semester average
770 unofficial GMAT score

Work experience
2 years in M/B/B - MBA sponsorship is not certain but very likely
Internship with top 10 consulting firm before

Extras
Co-lead Women in Business society
Project organization volunteering in education-related NGO for 6 months
Volunteer work (English lessons) for the same NGO for 1.5 years now

What I want to do
Finance focus in MBA and specialize in the field by continuing consulting for a couple of more years; then doing banking strategy.

I want to see my chances for Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, and MIT. What aspects of my profile should I play up in each case? How does my future plan look?
