It would help to show clear focus with your post-MBA goals, and how your target MBA program fits with this. Demonstrating clearly how your experiences will help you achieve your goals and impact the community on a larger scale could also help your chances. Your extracurricular activities are helpful in showing a track record of community involvement. Using a mix of accomplishments and interesting anecdotes will help you stand out.
Improving your GMAT score to 700 and above would greatly help your chances as it will show your academic potential and ability to keep pace. If not, you would need to play up analytical work and achievement to help address these concerns.
