Depends on the consulting firms -- the big ones (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, etc.) only really recruit at the top 16 schools. Other firms may recruit outside of that, but you'll have to check the career reports for the individual schools. The schools you listed could work. Again, if you really want consulting, really get to know the firms out there, and work backwards from there as to which schools will give you the best shot at being recruited at these firms. If you want to go to the top tier firms, you'll have to go to a top 16 school. If you're willing to work at lesser known or smaller outfits (and the Big-4 guys tend to cast a wider net as well, recruiting outside the top 16), then there are a wider range of schools you could choose from.
