Hi Linda,

Please let me know your thoughts on my profile -

30 year male, India

Work experience
Industry - IT
Years - 6 years
Designation - Technical Lead

Academics
GMAT 2nd attempt - 680(Q47,V36).
In my first attempt, I scored a 620!
Undergraduate aggregate - 70%

Extra-curricular
Decent voluntary activities
6 months full time experience in a social activity group


Please let me know my chances for the following colleges-
Queens university, Canada
Richard Ivey, Canada
York Schulich, Canada
St Gallen, Switzerland
NUS, Singapore
Nanyang, Singapore

You have an excellent chance of getting admitted to most of the schools on your list.
Nanyang and NUS might pose a challenge, but with a well prepared application and a first round application you can surely increase the probability of getting admitted!

I'm afraid your age and relatively generic work experience are two obstacles you're going to need to overcome for some of these programs. Your applications will depend very much on proving you are a human leader - one who understands people and interacts with and unites them well to make an impact. I don't see these programs as stretches, but I do want you to understand that you are somewhat older than their average and will need to prove that you can fit into the class well.
