I'm afraid your age and relatively generic work experience are two obstacles you're going to need to overcome for some of these programs. Your applications will depend very much on proving you are a human leader - one who understands people and interacts with and unites them well to make an impact. I don't see these programs as stretches, but I do want you to understand that you are somewhat older than their average and will need to prove that you can fit into the class well.
